The pick up was on time and the time estimated for arrival was ok.
The service was very good.
The only thing was that they told me the car was gonna be delivered on Thursday from 1-4 and I stayed home waiting and the car didn't arrive.
It was hard to figure out at what time the car was gonna come because I didn't have the contact of the driver. So I had to call the person that was in charge of sending me the car so he could help me get that information.
Then he told me the car had 3-4 hours delay, so I left home for a while and then that same person told me to go home because the driver was trying to get in touch with me for delivery.
So I came rushing home at 7pm and the car wasn't there yet and waited for a while and nothing.
The car arrived at about 10 pm.
I just wish they sent some kind of notifications on how the car is going so I didn't have to wait all day home for it and could have done my usual activities.
