Ship A Car Direct itself has wonderful customer service. They were very prompt in getting back to me whenever I had concerns and it was easy to communicate with them. As a company they are great! However, I wish I could say better for the carrier I was connected with. Their lack of communication had me frustrated during the actual shipment of my car. Although my car was delivered within my time frame, I wish I had better updates with the carrier so as to not waste my time waiting around for their call. Ship A Car Direct did a good job contacting them for me and was very good about letting me know first thing when even they themselves couldn't get a hold of my carrier, but I just wish the actual shipment part went a bit smoother. However, since this my problem lied with the carrier and not Ship a Car Direct, I would be inclined to use them again if I needed to ship my car.
