This is the second time I have used Ship A Car Direct to transport a car for my daughter. Both times the car has been shipped across the country. These are both recent shipments - one, May 2016 and then May 2017. David has been my main contact both times. He is very knowledgeable and helpful and when you only have a few days you can work with to get a car shipped because you are getting on an airplane, it is very stressful. But each time everything went smoothly with the shipments. Pick up right on time and so was delivery of the car. The driver this last time was friendly and he kept in contact with both my daughter and I. My daughter had some problems with her phone so I had to try and coordinate the delivery of the car. My daughter had a friend drive her about 10 miles to pick up her car at a truck yard one evening. But in Philadelphia 10 miles is really not that far. The only issue both times was the car was dirty upon delivery. But that can be expected when shipping via an open carrier. Ship A Car Direct provides lots of information on what to expect when shipping a car and they are there for you every step of the way. Ship a Car Direct's phone number and information is filed away where I can find it for next time! I will definitely use their services again if I need a car shipped.
