I was really nervous handing over my car for delivery very far away. It's easy to imagine all the things that can go wrong. I worried needlessly. Our driver, Robert, did a fantastic job. We were able to call his cell from both ends of the car's trip, and he assured us all would be fine and kept us informed of pick up and delivery times. Ship A Car Direct's app for taking photos of the vehicle was very helpful (although we didn't need it to claim any damage), and it was easy to use. I don't plan to move another car across the country, but if the need arises, I would call Ship A Car Direct again.
Although Ship A Car Direct is giving me a small rebate to submit this review, I would've given them a great review anyway. They really did a terrific job.
