Kay was very knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all the questions I had for her. Everything was pretty seamless- from initial contact with Kay and using the shipacardirect app to take pictures of my vehicle before pick up, having contact numbers from shipacardirect's 24 hr line as well as the driver's number in case I wanted to check up on the delivery status or any other question I had. The driver named Jose from Six Trucking Company was very nice and delivered the car the day he told me it would be delivered with no issues besides the car being dirty, (but that is to be expected considering it was raining and moving across a couple of states.
