Shipping my vehicle was painless and simple. I have shipped a vehicle before, but not with Ship a Car Direct. I was pleasantly surprised with the result. There are a few differences that make this company more user friendly. There was hardly any need to contact the company to coordinate with the dispatcher and driver. They let me know what carrier is going to transport my vehicle and their contact info. They even have an app you can download on your phone to take pick up and drop off pictures, which would have been helpful if something were to have happen to the vehicle during transport.
The driver of Lovell Auto Transport LLC was early. He contacted me the day before expected delivery and was very professional about making sure if it was convenient to drop off the vehicle early. The vehicle arrived dirty, which is no surprise. I would be amazed if the vehicle made the long trip in an open transport and arrive spotless. I am very pleased with Ship a Car Direct and would definitely use their services in the future.
