Excellent communication all around. Angela checked in with us regularly from the day we requested a quote, to the day our car arrived in California. Once the job was contracted out to Philly Express Group, we received regular correspondence from the company and the driver. Pickup was smooth and on-time, drop-off was smooth and on-time. Our car actually arrived much earlier than we expected, and with no damage. If I ever move cross country again, these folks can count on my business.
