The driver corresponded on a regular basis - from picking up vehicle on Saturday, May 20th, to delivering on Monday evening, May 22nd. The driver was very polite and patiently went over all details involving the transport of the vehicle. I did not see any physical damage to the car. Of course, a vehicle being driven so far would have the "normal dust/dirt" on it, so I certainly wouldn't complain about that. I was very satisfied with the agent - who provided updates and answered my many questions while awaiting pickup. In fact, the agent suggested - if possible - that we leave the vehicle with a dealer for pickup. This is an idea we never thought of as we were having problems as to whether we could be available at the home when the driver was available for pickup. Leaving the vehicle at the dealer was an excellent recommendation. The person in charge had to leave town before the driver arrived.
