In the beginning there was some confusion over pickup date seems the broker thought my last pickup date was the delivery date. This caused a bit of a problem getting a carrier. Once resolved ( this did cost me some extra money) a carrier was found and pickup was on my last window date I had a 5 day window). The carrier driver was nice, as was his helper. They came pretty much when they said they would, only thing it was around 10 pm and this made picture taking more difficult. We had taken pictures earlier ( daylight) and later did a walk around with the driver. I think this is a good idea if your driver is late. There was no damage and they were timely with delivery.

Bruce, our broker was in touch the whole time from taking our order to the end. He was always available for questions and very pleasant to work with. The rest of the staff was equally helpful. I certainly would use this company again. They were a bit more money. than other companies, but the service was excellent and the carrier was fine.
