I have shipped five (5) cars with Ship a Car Direct and they have always been reliable, reason for which I have referred them to many friends and clients of us.

Lately, however, they have had trouble locking in pick up dates with 5 day delay on the shipping corresponding to this review and a week (and counting) to pick up car No. 6. They also took almost two weeks to pick up a car for one of my clients after I referred him to them. (Regarding delay to pick up car No. 6, this was also influenced by the long Memorial day weekend, so we will see how long it takes them).

All things considered, we try to look at the big picture and give this company a break, considering that they have been very reliable in the past. Also, their communication is always open and fast. There is always someone there to answer your call or to reply to your emails.

So far, I will use Ship a Car Direct for our next car move.
