I had requested a pick up date of May 4th or 5th. The actual pickup was scheduled for May 3rd which wasn't a problem. However, it did cause a slight problem at the delivery. The movers weren't finishing our load until late on the 5th and we would then have to drive from Washington to North Carolina. I had requested a delivery date of 5/12 to coincide with our anticipated arrival in NC. The driver wanted to deliver on 5/9 and I explained that we would not be there, nor was there anyone available to accept delivery. We finally arrived at 5/11 which required us to arrive in North Carolina on 5/10, over a day earlier than planned. The vehicle arrived with no issues other than being very dirty from over 3,000 miles on the transport. Overall, quite satisfied with the results.
