This is the second time i have used Ship-a-car direct. The Ship-a-car direct people are very knowledgeable and understand the process extremely well. The transporter this time did not communciate well with me on when they would pick up or when they would deliver until they were only an hour away. However, the car did arrive and was completely unharmed hence the four star review. Another great job but i just wish the transporter communciated a little bit more often.
