Kept informed each step of the move. The driver called to let me know he was enroute to pick up the car and to let me know the estimated day of arrival. I received a call when he was two hours out and again within fifteen minutes of delivery. The off load was deliberate and careful. The car arrived in the same condition that it was in when picked up, not a scratch. I won't hesitate to use Ship A Car Direct for future moves.
