It was my first time to transport a vehicle. I had nervously called several companies before I got to Ship A Car Direct. Bruce seemed honest and well-informed... no smoke & mirrors. I learned that a lot of the companies are brokers no matter what they claimed. I was horrified because any truck company could come get your car! No wonder there were so many hit & miss reviews with a lot of the "other" companies. Luckily, Ship A Car Direct supposedly has a good and bad list of trucking companies. If one they didn't have good experience(s) with in the past tried to claim the job, they would be denied. Another nice thing is that they did have the lowest quote. He did tell me upfront that if no one bites, then the bid would have to go up. He suggested $50, which we ended up doing. Bruce kindly split the cost with me. So $25 came out of his commission. I did like having Bruce because if the broker calls the trucking company, they seemed to get their call answered right away. Whereas when I tried to... they didn't pick up the call. Nice to have had Bruce! So thank you, Bruce!
