My overall experience was great. Even though the pickup was a few days later than originally anticipated, there was excellent communication from the carrier and Ship a Car Direct. I had also made it clear that I was not in a rush, so it was not a big deal. The driver was very professional and truly provided door to door service that was above and beyond my expectations.
