Eve was able to assist me through finding a carrier to transport my car from Medford, MA to Seattle, WA. Quick to respond, knowledgeable, and great service. I love how their website have informative videos that guide you through the process as well.
The car pickup was a day late due to unforeseen weather conditions (snow/blizzard), but the driver and Eve kept communications open and kept us up to date on the status. The delivery was very quick - 5 days from shipping to pickup. On pickup, the car was a bit dirty on the outside due to travel and I was suggested by the driver to go through car wash to wash away the salt residue which could have negative impact on the car.
Overall, a great experience!
