I contacted several transport companies for quotes and found Scott to be the most helpful and knowledgeable. We booked the transport and I was contacted by Mr. Lee at United Transport very quickly. The pickup driver arrived right on time and did a very thorough inspection of the car before loading. I was given direct contact information with United Transport and when I later called for an estimated ETA I was put in contact immediately with the driver. The car arrived early and the driver contacted my son the day ahead of his arrival to make arrangements for delivery. The car arrived in perfect condition and the items that we had stored in the trunk of the vehicle were all accounted for. I would strongly recommend Ship A Car Direct to anyone looking for transport service. They were professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Excellent!
