Very smooth operation. nice, friendly guys, though communication slightly difficult due to heavy accents...car was picked up as scheduled, and delivered as promised in a very short time. We shipped on open transport in winter conditions, and I would not do that again. I would use this carrier again, but would definitely use an enclosed transport. Our car arrived very dirty. Just dirt though, so all is good.
