Overall I am very happy with ship a car direct. They are very knowledgable and professional. The only issue I had was that when I tried to contact my representative to find out when the car would be picked up, I had a hard time reaching someone. I left several messages, but they were not returned. Ultimately they got the car delivered for the price quoted, so I guess that's what really counts.
