David, my assigned agent, was fantastic. He gave me the assurance and confidence in a very emotional time - shipping my family's vintage Mustang. The first transporter canceled at the last minute which put me in a real time deadline. David was in constant contact with me and finally was able to secure a new transporter. Every time I called and had a question he answered it immediately or emailed me in a short amount of time. I never felt like he was not working on my behalf and best interest. I am so thankful for his help and guidance throughout this process.

I had a little lack of communication with the transport company. They arrived unexpectedly, no confirmation call was made, but they helped get my vehicle on the truck as quick as safely and quickly as possible. Since the vehicle was not running the drivers helped push the car almost 1 mile. I could not ask for more cooperation and professional service. Despite the lack of communication I am very, very happy with their service. The car arrived early and in perfect condition.

I will certainly recommend Ship A Car Direct to anyone who asks. A very, very professional operation.
