My car was picked up around noon on a Sunday in a Los Angeles suburb. They called me to let me know that I needed to drive my car to a bigger street that would accommodate their moving vehicle. This was a few blocks away from my house. The driver did a quick assessment of the car and and I signed some papers and handed them my key. I picked my car up Thursday night in a Chicago suburb. They ran about two and half hours late dropping my car off. Four days is still pretty fast though.
