it took 5 days for our car to arrive. only communication was when I called. It was an open carry which we expected the car to be dirty. Our final payment due was $1050.00 and when the driver arrived he asked for $1060.00 which isn't much different but also asked my husband for a tip. My husband gave him a $20 bill and the driver kept it. Just thought it was a bit tacky. But Stefan who set us up was great and totally kept us informed!! We are using him again to bring a truck from North Carolina.
