Scott was very professional during the whole process. When it seemed a carrier would not meet our pickup date, Scott was aggressive in procuring a driver. The driver was professional and easy to deal with for the vehicle. When he delivered the car a day earlier than my son's arrival in North Carolina, he took care of the arrangements to assure my son's car would be in a very convenient spot for pickup and they accepted a simple money transfer into their account, since the driver had moved on to his next delivery. I've shipped three cars in the past 3 years and this was the best experience to date of any of brokers I've dealt with in the past.
