This being my first time shipping my car, I did not know what to expect. They walked me through the process, informing me how to properly prepare my car for transport and I was given the confidence that a quality transport company would be chosen because Ship A Car Direct only chooses the best. That fact was proven when my car was delivered with a dead battery from the long trip, and the delivery driver stayed at my house until my battery was properly recharged.
