This is the first time I used car moving company. I used ship a car direct because of the other reviews online. It is slightly more expensive than the quote from other companies (>200$), but since this is the first time I am shipping my car, I figure that I want a lower risk by paying premium.

Gaby the sales who called me at first was not very friendly, but thats because I tried to negotiate the pricing. I did not want to take it personally, but eventually it was kinda dissappointing that she never picked up my call afterward. Even during the actual moving date. She just sent me canned email response.

But the driver who did the move was great. Even though the timing was off 1 to 2 hours from his initial promise, but I was okay with it, since I am kinda expecting delay in traffic and they are really just trying their best for the effort. But what is important for me is he handle the car with care, very carefully putting it into the truck, and when it arrives, it arrives in one piece.

Overall, it matches my expectancy. Not sure if I need to pay that premium.
