I'm pleased to report that my experience was very positive. I was quite nervous to coordinate car transport on my own for the first time. As the wife of a retired military officer, the military had always made it quite easy to engineer vehicle transport with our moves. My experience with Ship a Car Direct was excellent from beginning to end. Service was very personable, coordinated with user friendly f/u online. I had a contact to call (the same one) throughout the process, and it was very reassuring. The exterior of my car was dirty on arrival, but I expected that given that I used an open carrier and that the driver had travelled through all kinds of weather conditions en route to my home. I highly recommend Ship-a-Car Direct!
