Remember to book your shipment earlier than later. Be prepared to shift your pick up date to the right. The driver that picked it up was Mario from Mario Express and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Don't forget to download the app in case there is an issue. The App was very user friendly and helped give me piece of mind that everything was going to work smoothly. I would highly recommend this company and also Mario from Mario Express
