I was happy to have used this service because everything ran pretty smoothly and on time. I was alerted that I had to pay more for having extra weight inside my car, but it was only an additional $50. I just wished extra weight would have been addressed when I was receiving my quote instead of when the driver showed up and asked for the remaining balance of $50 for a few bags and boxes that was left inside my car
