Our apologies that the carrier ran a little late (in hours) in picking up and dropping off your car. While specific time of pickup and/or delivery is not really guaranteed in this industry, it should be communicated by the carrier should they run a bit late than their target time of pick up and delivery. We will address this with the carrier so that we can continue to improve our services. Thank you for taking the time to let us know!
