Ship-a-car direct was a straightforward company who was very easy to communicate with on ship time. They help to locate a carrier for you to use, and my carrier is what makes my rating 4 out of 5 stars. They said they would give me a 24 hour notice to pick up my car, but instead called me 45 minutes before I had to pick it up without much leeway. Not ship-a-car-direct's fault, but again, I would like more notice. My car came with no damage, and I really appreciate Ship-a-car direct's straightforward service!
