We are glad to hear that your car made it safe. We were having some challenges in securing a carrier for your car thus it took a bit of time before it was picked up because we needed to give you alternate pick up location that seemed to work on you when we reached out. We are sorry to hear the experience you had with the driver. We will address this with the carrier so that we can continue to improve our service, Thank you for taking the time to let us know!
