This being the first time I have ever shipped a vehicle I approached the process very skeptically and researched all options. I was even unsure about the Reviews posted for several of my top choices but deferred to using the BBB and Consumer Affairs sites because they "verify" all reviewers adding confidence to the postings.
My final choice was Ship A Car Direct because they were the most professional and, more importantly, transparent operation I spoke with. Initially, I was concerned because Bruce, my customer service rep, insisted there was no problem waiting until just a few days prior to my first pick-up date to secure a Carrier, however, his explanations of the actual process installed confidence and we secured a Carrier just 3 days prior to pick-up as promised by Bruce.
Pavon Trucking LLC was the Carrier and they were excellent. I used the DOT.gov website to investigate their history which showed no issues and was rewarded with an excellent Carrier. Communication was direct and I was never ignored. The driver was a top notch pro and arrived right on time with updates coming timely from his dispatcher Jackie. He told me it would take a total of 7 days for the cross country trip but he arrived in only 5 days with a 24 hour notice of the ETA which was "spot on"! My vehicle arrived without any issues except a bit on roadway dust and dirt. I can confidently recommend Ship A Car Direct for any of your transport needs.
