Our apologies if you weren't able to talk to someone when you called, we actually have our 24/7 support line that you can call when our reps are not working, like evenings and weekends. You placed the order on a Friday, and we received your chat on a Saturday about your intent to cancel your order, since our reps don't work on weekends your order was cancelled on a Monday instead. Our apologies that there was a delay in cancelling your order and sorry for the inconvenience it has brought you. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback so we can improve our services.
