I got my car in about a week (CA to NY) and was charged the same amount as the initial estimate. The drivers were nice, and called me when they were a few hours away. Despite my early skepticism over some communication hiccups - I was asked if I want to pay $50 more (I said no and was not charged more) and I felt my available/preferred pickup dates were ignored - everything went smoothly, and I have no complaints about the end result.
