From the beginning to the end, this was a seamless operation. Delivery of the vehicle is door to door which makes it very convenient. Communication with David was always spot on and he let me know in advance when he contacted a shipper for us and kept in touch before delivery. Even while the vehicle was being transported across the country, David contacted me with the phone number of the driver so I could check the status of the vehicle. I had a doctor's appointment scheduled on the day the vehicle was to be delivered and the company assured me they could work around it so I wouldn't need to cancel my appt. I really appreciated that. The driver, Sergii, called me in advance to let me know the approximate time the vehicle would be delivered. He even arrived 15 minutes earlier than scheduled which was great. He had driven through snow out west which is why the vehicle arrived a bit dirty which is completely understandable (nothing a car wash couldn't fix). Sergii was very pleasant and personable and this confirmed the great experience I had from beginning to end. I will definitely use this company in the future.
