I had a horrible experience trying to ship my car with a different broker before finding Ship-A-Car-Direct, so I was already really skeptical and frustrated, but after talking to Bruce and having him explain the process to me clearly, I felt confident that he wasn't going to screw me over and that he'd keep me informed each step of the way. My car was assigned a driver almost immediately, and he even waited in the parking lot 30 minutes for me since I couldn't get back from work soon enough. The car was dropped off exactly when he said it would be, just three days later, in perfect condition. I would DEFINITELY recommend ship-a-car to anyone looking to ship their vehicle, especially if you don't want to be harassed by calls and texts lying about prices and trying to pressure you into committing immediately to a driver (cause trust me, that's what the other broker companies will do.)
