I contacted Ship A Car Direct just to get a quote for comparison with other quotes I was going to get from others. However, I was impressed with professionalism and promptness of the rep so much so that I did not even get other quotes. Eric was very helpful in describing all the details. He was extremely courteous and volunteered a lot of information which I was not aware of. He also sent me videos. His estimate was accurate and even after I placed the order he kept in touch and made sure that the transport company had picked up the car on time. ANd after the delivery we were also contacted to ascertain that the car had arrived on time and in good conditions. The car was actually delivered a about two days earlier than what was estimated and it arrived in excellent shape. This made my daugther very happy as she was walking to campus in snow.

Overall we were very happy with the service and professionalism and I would highly recommend Ship A car direct to anybody that wants a no hassle car transportation with excellent service.
