Overall I was very pleased with the Ship a Car Direct Service. The communication during the initial set up of the car transfer were responsive and not overbearing (as I found with some other companies). I did have some trouble with communication over the New Years weekend and the set up time was not as quick or easy as suggested on the company's video. Also, I originally wanted the car to be delivered to Summit County Colorado, but got no bids for the job for several days. However, my customer service rep worked with me to get a bid from New York to Denver. The cost was higher than the original proposal, but I believe that all of these snags were due to the fact that I wanted a pick up on or near January 3. Once the transport was set up, I was delighted with the service. I was given the name and number of the driver with CFI, he called me soon after I received notification. We agreed on a pick up date, time and place. He then called an hour before he expected to arrive at the pick up location and we arrived at exactly the same time. The driver was pleasant, professional, and inspired confidence. The experience was very similar on the dropoff end. Communication by the driver was excellent and I was very pleased with the end result.
