Overall great experience despite some initial issues at pickup!

My experience was quite friction-less. Eric was in contact with me at all times and it was great to have a consistent point of contact. Even when he didn't pick up the phone he definitely returned every message!

I did have some issues in my first scheduled pickup due to some concerns and newly identified issues at the time of pickup that my Dealer needed to resolve. This resulted in the need to switch carriers . However, the first carrier was very friendly and simply filled their slot with another pickup while I sorted the details out with my dealer - whom needed to fix a broken plastic piece that was discovered at pickup.

But Eric, helped to quickly coordinate another carrier. The second carrier was not very communicative - the number given was not correct, and my messages were never returned, however Eric assured me that he coordinated with the driver directly. In the end, the second pickup went will and the dealership released the car and the carrier delivered it significantly faster than I expected (less than 2 days). It was extremely dirty, with oil dripping on it from cars above, but I did book an open carrier and planned on getting a full clay-bar & wax detail upon delivery anyway. After the detail, the car looks fantastic! For the price I consider the experience very smooth and worthwhile as I got my car shipped and fully detailed (clay-bar & wax) for less than the quote from some other online shippers.
