I'm happy about how the entire process was handled. I spoke to Scott regularly and he was always nice and got back to me quickly. My main problem was that the pick up was delayed and it caused many issues for me in Denver BUT I also understand that the time of the year had a lot to do with the delay. It was right in the middle of the holidays so I get that. I will use this service again if needed. Also the transportation company was great. They were also delayed because of a snow storm which is understandable. 4 Stars because it was delayed for over a week. Would have given 5 if it was only by a day or two.
