Before I called Ship A Car Direct, I was with another company. The carrier never showed up & my broker went silent. I was moving so I had to leave in a few days. I called Ship A Car Direct and was told the quote representatives were off on Saturday's & Sundays, so I left an urgent message expecting not to hear back till Monday. The representative called back that same day a few hours later to help me set up a carrier service on his DAYS OFF. The representative demonstrated fantastic communication & customer service skills, as well as a willingness to go beyond his job. He managed to find a carrier & five days after I contacted Ship A Car Direct, it arrived just before I had to leave that day. Five days after, it arrived in New York from Washington State! Both my cars were safe & sound! Ship A Car Direct got me out of a bind & I'm forever grateful! If you ever require vehicle transportation, Ship A Car Direct is the only way to go!
