I contacted Ship A Car Direct and was promptly and courteously responded with a quote. Once order was placed, within 3 days, I was given information regarding driver and pickup time. Initially driver called and informed that he would pick up the vehicle late in the afternoon but it was changed to next day noon.Car was promptly picked up at the appointed time and I was informed as to when to expect delivery of the car. Driver kept us informed as to when to expect deliver of our vehicle. Since our street was too narrow for the car transport to drive to, car was delivered at a mutually convenient location. Vehicle arrived without damage and the driver was courteous during our interaction. I would do repeat business with the company when need arises to arrange for another transport.
