Dennis was the driver of the carrier, he was extremely communicative, professional and helpful. Unfortunately, we didn't have Dennis' contact info right away, so we called the customer service line a couple of times to get information about when the car would arrive. the service was definitely disappointing, because that service is obviously outsourced abroad, and that just doesn't make any sense.

The car was also a couple days late being collected, then a day or two late getting dropped off. This wasn't much of an issue for me, but I'm sure it could be for others.

Overall, a positive experience 99% so because of Dennis.
