I give Ship-a-car direct about 4.5 stars overall. Bruce was a very good contact point. The communication was a little slow on the delivery side. I wasn't contacted at all by anyone even when my car was already several days past it's scheduled delivery date.
The actual carrier company, Coin LLC, would get 2 stars if I were rating them. Very poor communication, no updates on my car when it was late. I had to call and talk to several different people about every other day to find out the location of my car and what was going on with it.
