Initially Gaby was great and communicated promptly, after I signed up with Ship A Car Direct, it was challenging to get hold of her. She scheduled a transport company to pick up my car on time and then I called the company, they notified me that their truck had broken down and will not be able pick my car. Then it took a week before Gaby was able to arrange another company, after numerous calls to Ship A Car Direct. Was totally happy with the second transport company she had arranged. Thank you.

We are sorry to hear the experience you had. Unfortunately in the transport industry uncontrolled events such as mechanical failures do happen, so Gaby needed to find a new carrier to ship your car. Sometimes it is a challenge to set up another carrier quickly in a situation like this. Thank you for giving us a chance to at least make it right and thank you for sharing your feedback.
