Pickup was two days later than registered date but that was due to snow weather. The driver notified me the issues in time and was able to pickup the car whenever possible. Delivery was a day later than the estimated date but due to truck vehicle issues. But I appreciate that they were able to drop it off in time before the holidays. Overall service 5/5 !
