We never shipped a car before, but we didn't want to drive 2 cars to Florida. A friend used Ship a Car Direct and recommended Scott. The whole process was very well organized. Our quote came quickly, and we were able to watch some short videos that answered all our questions. Pickup was easy. The driver had some paperwork (on a tablet) and examined our car and took some pictures. Then just sit back and wait. We had a delivery window of several days, and when I didn't hear about the status of our car, I called the dispatch number and got a current status update. The actual delivery was delayed by one day, but the car was dropped off in excellent condition literally at our front door. The whole process could not have gone better. A quick car wash and we're back to normal...
