Overall amazing service! I have never used a transport service before so I was very reluctant from the start, but this one had great reviews and I really had no other way to get my car home. I was out in California for business and unexpectedly went into labor early. We spend about 2 weeks in the NICU and wanted to get home as soon as we could. The doctors advised that driving from California to Texas with a newborn was just not the best idea, so we needed to fly and find another way to get the car home. We probably called Bruce with about a hundred questions before the process began, but he was so great in answering and returning our calls as soon as he could. We were also very surprised when our car was delivered in just a few days instead of it being at least a week which is what I thought it would take! I would absolutely use this service again if I ever am in need and would definitely recommend to others!
