I contacted ship a car direct to transport my new car from Missouri to Florida. Eric gave me an excellent price and explained the process to me. Eric gave me all the pertinent information on STM , the transport company . Eric and Maricel checked on the company when they were late to pickupand stayed on top of things. They contacted STM on my behalf . I guess it did take longer overall than I expected because STM told me that the truck broke down. When STM picked up the car it took them less than 2 days to get it to me and it was in perfect condition. I would recommend Ship a Car Direct to anyone shipping a vehicle and STM for actually delivering it.
