Matt was great and Ken was the individual who transported my car and he was great as well. From time I placed my order online it took only about two through for days for the order to be accepted. I had email contact from Ship-a-Car Direct and the driver contact came shortly after that to arrange auto pick up times. Then I had verbal contact from Matt close to delivery. The transport was able to get close to my home and it was smooth.
